 Rankin Software, ie SEOelite Hi guys
does anybody use seoelite, its been recommended to me. Really I want to track my rankings and check up on link exhanges. Anybody had any good/bad experiences with it?

I don't have it but an associate does. All I can tell you is that it's supposed to be great for checking out who is linking to you. It's supposed to list all those linking to you in order of the PR of the linking page.

I don't know, but that would be good wouldn't it. I've been thinking of getting it but haven't quite seen the need to separate myself from the $170 yet just to check backlinks.

I have SEO Elite - it basically shows all the sites that are linking to a site you are looking at - plus IP address/Page Rank/Anchor Text/Contact details (if available) etc.
Good for keeping track of how many folk link to you and your competitors. You can also filter out the anchor text keywords which counts how many times the word is used in links.

After reading your comments it seems I need to add the functionality of monitoring the referring sites' links text. I currently track only the number of referring sites.
